Chelsea equal club record as title charge continues

The Blues continue to smash both club and league bests and are now 11 points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table
Chelsea equalled their club record of 12 consecutive home wins in all competitions by defeating Swansea City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Antonio Conte's team are now 11 points clear at the top of the Premier League table and will maintain at least a 10-point lead by the end of the weekend as Manchester City do not play.
Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Diego Costa scored for the Blues to extend their winning run on home turf, which now stretches back to the 3-0 triumph over Leicester City on October 15.

The last time Chelsea dropped points at the Bridge came a month earlier, when they were defeated 2-1 by Liverpool.

Since switching to a 3-4-3 formation and equalling the record of 13 consecutive Premier League wins in a single season, Conte's men have only dropped points away from home.
Defeats to West Ham and Tottenham in the EFL Cup and league respectively, as well as top-flight draws at Burnley and Liverpool, are the only blemishes on their record since the end of September.
Chelsea are currently on pace to achieve 92 points this season, which would be the joint-second highest total in Premier League history after Jose Mourinho's 2004-05 Blues team, who amassed 95 points.
