FULL TIME: Southampton 1-4 Tottenham

Mauricio Pochettino's men were pegged back by Virgil van Dijk's early opener but responded in style, with Dele Alli scoring twice and Harry Kane and Son-Heung Min also netting
Tottenham came from behind to earn an emphatic 4-1 victory over 10-man Southampton at St Mary's Stadium on Wednesday.
The Saints appeared to be on their way to a surprise victory when Virgil van Dijk headed home after a minute of play, but Mauricio Pochettino's men hit back in style to earn all three points.
Dele Alli equalised with a pin-point header before half-time, with Harry Kane then giving Spurs the lead in the second half with another fine headed finish.

Kane then spurned the chance to add to his lead, however, as he blazed a penalty high over the crossbar after Nathan Redmond fouled Alli, an offence for which he was shown a red card.

Klopp: Hopefully Guardiola saw something special in Liverpool's win

And with the Saints reduced to 10 men, Son Heung-Min came off the bench to add a third, sending a low effort past Forster after a superb brea, with Alli then adding some gloss to the scoreline with a similarly well-worked strike.
